Even its not a problem to find a decent shoes for my 15 months son, but to have a nice one—easy wear, quality appearance, right color with a good price is not easy. Amazon does carry a such combinations when I bought this one. More important, my son loves it. Umi is a brand you could lay your trust on and a good timing to get a even better price on Amazon is a happy shopping experience. I will stay with Amazon and looking for more pairs in coming years. Thanks.

I have never purchased Umi shoes for my kids before, so I thought I would give these a try since they were cute. These shoes are adorable and have gotten many compliments, however, the stitching started coming out on the top of the shoe in less than a month from purchase date and they scuff up really easy. Very cute, but do not hold up to a toddler’s day of playing. I wouldn’t buy this brand again and would instead spend a little more money for brands that I know better.

I think these shoes are cute and they seem comfortable for my son. The colors are great for fall. The velcro seems secure and so far is “sticking” very well- the shoes have yet to come off as he plays. My one annoyance with these shoes is that the leather scuffed up nearly instantly. In the first two hours these shoes went from being brand new out of the box to looking like they were months and months old. I’ve never had this happen with other shoes, so I assume it is something about the leather treatment. However, the functionality of the leather doesn’t seem to pay a price for this- it is just cosmetic.
