I bought these in a size 4 for my 10 mo. old son, who is 50-60% for weight and height. According to the sizing guide I downloaded from the Robeez site, he should be wearing approx. a 3.5 (which doesn’t exist, hence I bought the 4). They fit well, but he has ample room at the toe for growth. Although they seem comfortable for him, they are shaped a little on the narrow side, at least in comparison to other baby shoes I have looked at. The go on relatively easily and the best part is that they actually STAY on his feet (he was forever removing other shoes and his socks). He doesn’t try to take these off– almost doesn’t notice they are on his feet, just as a previous reviewer described. I too, like the flexible rubber sole, because it bends with his feet, but is more durable and offers more protection than the leather soles.
This is the 4th pair of shoes I have purchased for my son– two other brands I had to return. The other pair he currently owns were purchased at the same time as these, and if I had these first, I would never have bought another pair– they’re that good. We bought some Koala Baby shoes from BRU and they were constantly falling off his feet or he was taking them off, and some Momo shoes which left bright red marks around his ankles because they were so tight.
The velcro strap at the ankle on these shoes allows for some adjustability in the fit, so the Robeez fit snugly, without leaving marks or seeming uncomfortable for him. The “pull tab” on the back of the ankles make these easier for the parent to put on– these are a must until the child can properly put on their own shoes.
I was initially reluctant to spend this much on shoes for him, since he is likely to outgrow them very quickly, but they are worth the cost– you get what you pay for. I am certain that he will outgrow these shoes before they wear out. We have these in the navy color scheme and they match almost everything he owns pretty well. They appear slightly more “blue” than the color displayed on my monitor, which is more of a gray hue.
I like these shoes quite a bit, and when he outgrows the current pair, I plan to purchase another pair of Robeez with a similar design.

I purchased these Robeez because it had better traction than Bobux. Plus the pastel pink looked absolutely adorable in the picture and in person. I got plenty of compliments with these shoes.
However it was a pain to get them on her feet in the morning. It’s very tight around her ankles. That’s one of the complaints I’ve read around the web for Robeez … that it’s just too snug around the ankles and some parents even complained it turned their toddler’s ankles purple. Based on the reviews for this particular pair of Robeez on Amazon, I had hoped it wouldn’t be this snug but I was wrong. It is VERY snug. That’s where I took off one star.
My daughter doesn’t have chunky feet or ankles. In fact, my daughter is 13 month old but wears shoes sized for a 9 month old but she’s as tall as an 18 month old. Go figure? I can’t even imagine how uncomfortable it must be for a baby who has chunky feet to wear these.
I have purchased a pair of Robeez boots and loved it. But boots are different than sneakers.
If you’re considered about the snug fit around the ankles, I recommend umi Infant Pearl Pre-Walker. I purchased the Umi a week after the Robeez and wished I found them earlier. It’s a little cheaper too than Robeez AND it’s very spacious around the ankles AND it doesn’t fall off!!

I got the white trainers, with navy, grey and yellow accents, for my 15-month-old son. I like the look of the navy, grey and red ones better, but they didn’t have his size. My biggest complaint is that these look like little bowling shoes instead of cool sneakers like I hoped, but at least the colors go with a variety of outfits.
I have gotten him other soft-soled shoes before, but they’re either too flimsy or fall off his feet too easily. My little guy has always hated wearing shoes, so he’d try to kick them off, too… but these ones he’s happily trouncing around in as I type this.
The 12-18 month size (which are size 5) looked a bit too big for him at first, but once he started wearing them I realized they were a good size, and leave a little room to grow. They seem to be sized slightly smaller than other brands of shoes though, because his Carter’s size 4 are almost exactly the same size.
They’re a bit pricier than I’d like, but definitely worth it if he’ll actually wear them (which he is).

We have purchased several pairs of Robeez in the past and have always been very pleased however this pair in-particular was awesome! The strap makes it super easy to put them on however like the classic Robeez they never fall off. The color options were great however we preferred the white, blue and yellow combo. They go great with most outfits and are super cute!
