Bought these as a spare pair for child’s daycare. They are decent quality for a great price. Was important for me to find a shoe at a reasonable price because they aren’t likely to be worn too much and could possibly get lost or mixed up with other kids. But don’t want a kid running around in “junky” old shoes either so these were a good alternative. It’s an advantage that he doesn’t like these as much as his regular sneakers (light up or character kinds) because I think that’s an incentive that he doesn’t want to wear plain shoes! Yes, that means the product doesn’t appeal to the child but definitely works for the mom! (Discouraging not paying attention to bathroom needs or being careful doing messy activities)
Else wise the daycare will put character slippers on the kids if they have an accident and the kids really seem to like wearing those a little too much.

These shoes fell apart pretty quickly for us. Don’t know if it was the wet climate or the level of activity, but within a couple of months, the rubber around the edges was peeling off the rest of the shoe. I was disappointed, though, because I loved these shoes. My daughter still wore them for a bit longer, because everything else was intact – just looked a little grubby.

This is the fourth pair I’ve bought my seven year old grandson (different styles) and he loves the fit and look. Surprisingly, they stay clean looking even when he wears them outside to play.
