I had severe pain in my knees and an ankle from running in shoes without proper support. About 1-2 weeks after running in these shoes, my problems were gone. The shoe has good structure for over-pronation. Shoe is light and breathes well. The heel portion of the sole is split and flexible which dissipates impact with the ground. The only small problem is that rocks will get stuck in the split. The air pocket of the heel also took in a bit of water while running on a wet/muddy trail. It’s a great support shoe for street running or smooth/dry trails.

Love these runners, they’re light weight, supportive, have an incredible amount of cushioning and breath extremely well. I’ve done 3 distance runs with them (12,13 and 13 kms) and they’ve been fantastic. And the price is unreal at less than $56 for the pair.

This tennis is what I needed, very comfortable, excellent you can do my exercises, I felt so good with sneakers for a long time since I had left others or long or wide or tread was not comfortable. With this run my 5 miles without stopping and without spoil.
For the next purchase buy another of these.

This shoe is great! My son tends to over-pronate and this shoe has kept him from getting posterior shin splints. He did need to go up a half size in this shoe. He runs cross country and the shoes hold up very well for all the miles he logs on them.

Tried on way too many shoes looking for a comfortable running shoe with support. Tried Asics and Saucony stability shoes and they can’t hold a torch to these. They might be the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned, looking for another color in the style that’s how great these are.
