The Asics GT-2150 has gotten some of the best recent reviews of any running shoes, and its high marks are well earned. What surprised me the most was how quickly they felt “broken in” to me. They are relatively new, so I can’t comment on how well they will last, but they are stable, light, and surprisingly well cushioned. Great purchase.

I’m an avid runner and average about 25 miles a week. I’m 5′ 9″ and weigh nearly 200lbs. I have been running on Asic’s premium shoe, the Gel-Kayano series, for about 5 years now, and decided to “downgrade” to the GT series after my last pair of Kayanos didn’t last very long. So far these shoes are great! Every bit the shoe the Kayano is without the premium price. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy these again or to recommend them to anyone who has a larger frame that needs more cushioning.
