I wore these shoes on a long walk and my heels were
blistered. With inserts in the heels they are fine.
They feel great but look a little like club foot shoes.
I believe they make a difference to tone of abdominal
and calf muscles.

Would recommend the MBT shoe to everyone. This are a wonderful dress casual shoe. Just remember to wear them an hour or two at a time, several times, before trying to wear them for the whole day. I was so sore, after the first full day of wearing them… in a good way. My feet felt great, but my whole lower body felt like I’d been working out all day.

this is my second pair of MBT shoes with leather upper material. it has much improved sole material used, compared to my other pair (volcano) which i have used for almost 3 years (the poly urethane disintegrated maybe due to ozone or uv) now. when i get to wear these, my feet don’t tire, during long walks, mall shopping or long periods of standing up. very good comfort and quality overall.

Great quality shoe. I wear this shoe to work everyday and would buy the top part of this shoe for its looks and quality leather alone. The function part of the shoe will not win any looks awards, but its comfort and spring like function make me want to walk. The price I paid through Amazon was $136, which is in keeping with what I am willing to pay for this quality shoe.
