Bought these and used them for all my running needs – indoor, outdoor, track. They supported my feet really well when they were new but as with all shoes wear and tear started to set in. Eventually the inside heel support broke and the fabric tore, rubbing on my feet and causing bleeding. This is probably preventable if you completely loosen the laces all the way to the bottom, but if you’re like me and like a shoe you can put on for a quick run, then pass on these.

I cannot understand why this is the top selling running shoes at this website. I just did a 10k run with them and I ended up with a sore left knee. Maybe it is because these shoes have almost no arch support. I bought these shoes out of curiosity. They are certainly not the worse shoes I used, but I have many pairs much better. In fact every pair of ASICS shoes I owned is better than this. From now on, it is only ASICS for me.

I have purchased this same model shoe for several years and the support it provides is wonderful. My only complaint is that the material used on the top of the shoe wears through very quickly, thereby creating a hole. I’m sure it’s because of the way my foot moves inside the shoe, but still disappointing. The wear-through takes only about 30 days of daily walking and then I have a hole in the top of the shoe. I would like to see New Balance put a more substantial material on the top of the toe areas.

The shoes are OK, but they gouged me out of $20 by charging my card for $20 more than the agreed price

This is a top-notch sneaker with plenty of cushion in the crucial areas where the feet take most of their abuse. I’m very impressed with the style and comfort and most of all, I like the idea that it was made right here in the USA.
