Until I opened the package, I didn’t realize how much this really looks like a fancy Desert Boot – NOT what I would have picked had I been in a store. Also, since the material is soft (and not more stiff like the other Rockport products I own) the fit is much looser than I prefer. If the soles of my Ecco boots weren’t shot, I would have sent these back. They will do until I find something more to my liking. These will work now that it is no longer shorts weather. However, I’ll need something else by summer.
