  1. I have a pair of these blue Superfeet. Their ability to absorb the smell of one’s feet and hold onto it is unparalleled. I can’t imagine how these things would last years unless somebody simply did not care how their feet and shoes smelled.

  2. Bought these on the recommendation of my Doctor. Great insert – completely comfortable and fits in most shoes.

  3. Ill keep this short and simple, if you have flat feet or are subject to overpronation for any other reason, these insoles will prevent some serious knee pain, especially when hiking with a backpack. They do not however, provide that much cushioning. If you have a decent sole on your shoe, it shouldn’t matter. The price is a bit more than I would prefer, but they are worth it. As a side note, you can find these for 29.95 at a store front, so try and get them for $30 w/ free shipping to save some coin.

  4. I tried the pink, blue, and green Superfeet insoles, and were disappointed with the metatarsal cushioning of all three for running shoes. I use Spira shoes. the arch support and heel cushioning are fine for my mild over pronating and medium arched feet.

  5. These blues insoles are the best for your feet, if you are like me flat feet and low arch. My feet hurt all the time. Until someone told me about these insoles. These our my second pair. You will be getting your money worth! They our GREAT! But make sure you get the right color, because each color is a different insole for your feet: walking, standing long period times, etc.
