We don’t wear shoes in the house to protect our floors but I needed something with support and bought the Merrell Encore Groove shoe based on other reviews on Amazon. I couldn’t be happier – very comfortable shoe that is well designed and gives me the support I need.

I wear them all the time. I wear them casually. I wear them to court, standing all day. I come home, take my shoes and socks off and put my shoes back on. Thus, they serve also as my house shoes. Yup, I got ‘em on right now. I’m going to check into the mesh version. I want to wear them on my sailboat. (Actually, I have, and they haven’t marked up the deck at all. Don’t tell the Sperry people, or the purists.)
