Ordered as a gift and gave it to her on vacation – too bad the sandal was too big. Had to return it, waiting for a credit to get a smaller size. The sandal was NICE as are all Birk’s!

I returned this product because I didn’t feel like a suade sandel would look nice for very long since sandels are meant to be worn or have fun in. Otherwise the sandel was as it should be…comfortable and the fit was perfect.

They took a little bit of getting used to as they have a “lip” on the front edge….quite comfortable but I should have gotten a narrow width instead of a regular width

I enjoyed wearing my Birkenstock Milano sandals. I wore my heel of the sandals down in just a few months; so I stopped wearing them thinking of getting them repaired; but I did not. I found these sandals comfortable as they form fit to one’s feet. I liked the cork and latex foot bed so much that I have bought a pair of Mephisto Shark sandals instead of another pair of Milano. The Milano are about a 1/3 of the cost of the Shark; so the Milano may be a good deal.

I recently bought this product to replace my last pair. I wear my Birkenstocks every day for six months out of the year. My last pair finally got a split in the sole after nine years of hard wear. Obviously, I bought the same product to replace them – this time online, cheaper than what I would have paid at a retail store.
