I’ve been wearing this shoe for the last month or so and I like the lightness and simplicity. I used to wear the 21 series, but it has a lot more stability and control than I need for the level of exercise I’m doing (walking/running 2-5 miles). However, I will switch back to the 21 series when I start upping my mileage again. This shoe wouldn’t cut it for training for a half marathon for me.

I managed to get these for under $60 at a DSW because they had one pair in the clearance section in my size. I’m marathon training right now and am up to 12 miles with zero issues with the shoe. I’m race walking, not running, though. Seriously this is the best athletic shoe I have ever owned.

I recently ran a marathon in these shoes, and they held up well. I had to retire my old Asics half-way through my training, so I’d probably put about 100 miles on these before marathon day. I’ve never had any problems with blisters with any of my Asics, and these were no different. I did size up by 1/2 a size from what I usually wear, and it really was a great fit for running. The only problem I had with them was that the balls of my feet always got a little sore during runs longer than 18 miles. (This may be due to my running mechanics more than any fault of the shoe, though!)

Absolutely love these shoes! The shoes fit great and feel great! I have been running with Nike shoes for the past year and hate them. Someone recommended Asics and I am hooked. Will never buy a different brand again!
