I love Dansko shoes. There was nothing wrong with the product. However, I paid more for rush shipping so I could use these shoes on a trip- they arrived two days after I’d left. So much for the convenience of online shopping. I’ll never buy anything from this vendor again if I want it in a hurry.

It took a week or so for the shoes to arrive and when they did, there was a small defect in one of them. It was exchanged with no problem but that meant I had to send them back and wait again for the new shoes to be shipped.

These are my first pair of Dansko shoes and so far they are great. I recently tore my plantar fascia and my sister who had a similar problem recommended I try them out. The shoes were a little tight on the sides for me at the front and a bit big in the back but with moderately thick socks they are great. After wearing them a couple of times they have conformed to the shape of my foot better and don’t feel as tight as they did at first. They are very supportive in the arch and feel sturdy enough that they will last a long time. For anyone who has never tried on a pair of Danskos, I recommend going to a brick-and-mortar store and trying them on to get the right size (I wear a 7.5 which is a 38 in EU sizes). Then come back to Amazon and make your purchase!

I loved hese shoes but after wearing them 4 times, the buckle broke. I don’t know if this is a common problem with these shoes. I need to figure out how to return the shoes to Amazon. I don’t know if it is worth trying to get a replacement pair,or if I should just pick out a different style without a buckle.
