I did a lot of research, and this particular shoe was recommended for plantar fasciitis. It actually seems to make mine worse. Also, the insole pills up, so I feel like I’m walking on little beads. For the price I paid, I’m not very happy with them.

I am satisfied with this purchase. I had hoped to get the exact shoe as I had purchased recently at a shoe store. The number was off by one. These don’t fit the same, but they are close.

I’ve worn New Balance walking shoes for the last 10 years because I’ve found them the most comfortable. This 845 has a wide toe box and thick cushioning. I actually bought this pair for my walking partner because she was having so much discomfort with her ususal shoes. She loves these, says her foot problems are gone and will order this shoe when these wear out. We walk, on an average, 6 miles 5 days a week. I love this shoe!
