If you have not tried these, you are missing out, I have two pairs and will be adding three more, I barely want to wear any other shoes, and my legs actually look great! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!!!

I am on my feet most of the time at work. I have arthritis in my hip, causing pain when standing or walking for extended periods. As soon as I put on my new Shape-Ups, I did not want to take them off, so I wore them too long and had sore muscles. After a couple of days of adjusting too them, I was fine. Now, I only wear my Shape-Ups to work. My hip seldom hurts after a day on my feet. I love my Shape-ups.

I bought these shoes because I am required to wear black, slip-resistant shoes to work and… why not shape my legs, butt, and thighs while I’m working. They feel a bit awkward at first until you get use to wearing them. I thought I was doing good, however the first couple days I wore them several people asked me if I was ok, and did I twist my ankle. The only complaint I have about them is that if you wear them around any water they start to make squishy noises and they seap water/bubbles out of the soles. Once they dry out they go back to normal though. If you are interested in trying a pair of shape-up shoes, these are good trial pair because they are much more affordable then other brands on the market.

Great shoes! It takes a little work to walk in them correctly. The DVD was very helpful. I love those shoes!

I love my sketchers they are wonderful as i have had many foot surgeries and I have to stand on concrete 7 hrs a day, they are very comfortable.It is like walking on pillows.. I love my sketchers and plan on buying more.
