I remembered Anna Kelso’s ads in THE NEW YORKER but never bought them as I – as many younger women do – thought they looked weird. When I was in the U.S. last year I gave the Thalia sandals a try… and within days I noticed relief in the left lower third of my trapezius. Due to surgery in the spinal canal this muscle had stiffened and had become a painful nuisance. I have since ordered other models and can report that I am doing so much better, my posture has improved 100% and my breathing is much easier. I would think that for someone with a back problem, these shoes may be a gift from heaven!

This are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. While not particularly fashionable – almost so ugly that they’re cute (like a bulldog puppy) – my problematic knees no longer hurt after walking around all day. I love them. Now if they only came in a pointy toe…

This was my first purchase of an Earth Shoe but it won’t be my last. They were comfortable right out of the box. Love, love, love them. I’M HOPING THAT THEY HELP MY POSTURE AND LOWER BACK PAIN.

I bought 2 pairs & have received complimemnts on them. Best is how great they feel. My only comment is that I think they tend to run large. I wish I’d ordered one size smaller.
