Wow, what a deal.
I have been a long supporter and lover of Keen shoes – I have owned atleast one pair of pretty much every style. I had, however, never felt the need for Keen sneakers until my pair of New Balance’s finally died…then I saw these! They are cute, comfortable, affordable, and eco friendly…you can’t beat that!
I thought I would never find a pair of tennis more comfortable then gel running shoes…well, I was WRONG! These shoes are the comfiest pair I have ever owned. Don’t need to be broken in, they come out of the box comfy and ready for a day of walking. I have spent weekends in L.A walking all day every day and have never once gotten a blister from these shoes. My feet are never sore by the end of the day.
They are also cute! Although the enlarged and enclosed toe appears a little awkward, with jeans they look SUPER cute! The reinforced toe is also amazing for clumsy people like myself. I usually ram my toes into doors and corners, and have not felt it once in these shoes.
They are also durable. I am a walker, I walk to work, I walk to the store, I walk to friends houses…I put 10 miles on these shoes every day probably. I’ve had them for about 6 months and they still look and feel brand new.
The only downide is that they squeak a little until they get broken in. It’s just in the suede shoes. It’s not loud, just persistant until you get about 3-4 weeks worth of daily use into them that they stop.
I got my pair for $40 in a common size – 7.5 AND it shipped and arrived at my house 3 days before the estimated arrival date…it was money very well spent.

These have so far been excellent general walking shoes. The fit well, though like all of the Keens I have owned, they are wider that other shoes. They fit my wider feet excellently, though if one have narrow or medium-width feet, one might be disappointed.
They grip about as well as non-water shoe Keens in the wet: they do not slide like other shoes on, say, moist polished concrete, but they lake the glue-like grip that Keen’s water shoes have.

This shoe is great – VERY comfortable (unlike Converse!) and my size 9 1/2 feet don’t look like clown feet (unlike Converse!). GREAT color, goes with everything. I am always happy with Keen footwear – now my boyfriend wants a pair!
