I ordered the Mary Jane “Sienna” by Keen in a size 10.5. When I tried on the shoes, I realized I would be better off with an 11. However, when I tried to exchange the shoes for the larger size, I was told I could not exchange them, that I could only get a credit back for the purchase price. Puzzled, I went back to Amazon.com to just place a new order for the size 11 shoes, and suddenly the price had jumped by almost $20.00. I didn’t bother ordering them.

This is my second pair of Keen Mary Janes, which I wore all over Greece. They are comfortable and more formal than the regular tennis shoe. This will not be my last pair.

I am in love with these shoes. They’re kind of earthy, but I wear them to work because they’re not toooo casual but they are wonderful for city walking. Perfect fit. Zero complaints.

These are very comfortable, surprisingly lightweight, and not as clunky as they look on the pictures online. In fact, they are rather cute and feminine, in a rugged kind of way. I plan to wear them everywhere: church, the grocery store, and around the house. I find that Keens run a little small, so I ordered a half-size larger, and am pleased with the fit. Plenty of room in the toe-box, but they don’t look clownish on my feet. I highly recommend these.

The Mary Jane shoe from Keen is perhaps the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I now have them in 3 colors. I wear them traveling, out and about and have to make a mental note to change shoes when working out in the garden, I just don’t want to ruin them. They are one of those styles that are almost so ugly that they are cute! I had very odd looks from the women shopping for shoes when I bought them. I was looking for comfort, they were looking for speed! Bet their feet hurt now!
